All orders ship free within Australia. No minimum order required.
Processing & Dispatch
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Some PEMF devices are made to order; for these, please allow 2–4 weeks for manufacture before dispatch. We'll keep you updated and provide tracking once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Most Australian metro deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way. Use your tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
Large & Freight Items
Larger devices ship via courier or freight. Someone may need to be available to receive the delivery. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window where required.
International Orders
International shipping is calculated at checkout where available. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about international delivery to your country.
