Trial Clauses
Please read all terms carefully before applying for the 30-Day Trial. By participating, you agree to the following conditions.
Eligibility
The 30-Day Trial is available to new KYNEXA customers only. One trial per household. Applicant must be 18 years or older and located within Australia. Trial is subject to product availability.
Trial Period
The trial period commences on the date the device is delivered to you and runs for 30 calendar days. You must contact KYNEXA within this 30-day window to initiate a return if you choose not to proceed with purchase.
Deposit & Payment
A fully refundable security deposit is required at the time of ordering to cover the cost of the device. If you choose to keep the device, your deposit converts to payment in full. If you return the device in acceptable condition, your deposit is refunded within 5–10 business days.
Device Condition
The device must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and documentation included. Normal wear from proper use is acceptable. Any damage beyond fair wear, missing components, or signs of misuse may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit.
Return Shipping
If you choose to return the device, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. KYNEXA is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned device. KYNEXA reserves the right to deduct costs for damage, missing items, or excessive wear from the refund amount.
Trial Extensions
Trial extensions are not available. If you do not contact us within the 30-day window, the deposit will be converted to a full purchase and the device is considered sold.
Limitation of Liability
KYNEXA's liability under this trial program is limited to the value of the security deposit paid. KYNEXA makes no guarantees of specific health or performance outcomes during the trial period. Results may vary by individual.
Misuse & Fraud
Any attempt to abuse the trial program — including multiple applications, resale of trial units, or fraudulent returns — will result in immediate cancellation of the trial and forfeiture of the deposit. KYNEXA reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the trial program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Important Notice
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KYNEXA Recovery Pty Ltd. KYNEXA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the trial program at any time.
