Setup and Support

Every order comes with a free setup call. You do not have to work it out from a manual, and you do not have to guess whether you are using it properly.

How it works

Once your order is dispatched we will be in touch to arrange a time that suits you. We can do it by phone or video, whichever you prefer, and it runs as long as you need it to.

What we cover

• Unboxing and connecting your unit, applicator by applicator
• Which settings suit what you are using it for
• Session length, and how to build it into a training week
• Safety and contraindications, and when to check with your practitioner or vet first
• Care, storage and travelling with the equipment

Setting up a team or a facility

If the equipment is going into a clinic, gym or yard, we will run the session for your whole team rather than one person, so it is not left to whoever happened to open the box. Let us know when you order.

After the setup call

You have our number. If something is not working the way you expected, whether that is a week later or a year later, email sales@kynexarecover.com and you will get a person who knows the equipment rather than a ticket queue.
