Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Northgate, Brisbane, Queensland.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed from the next business day. During sale periods and product launches dispatch may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard: $11.00, or free on orders of $100.00 and over. Estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Express: $15.00. Estimated delivery 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are for metropolitan areas; regional and remote deliveries can take longer.

International shipping

We ship to over 230 countries and regions. Prices throughout the store are shown and charged in Australian dollars, including on international orders.

International shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the value of your order, and you will see the exact cost before you pay. Indicative ranges:

  • New Zealand and the Pacific: $45.00 to $140.00. Estimated 5 to 8 business days.
  • Asia and the Middle East: $60.00 to $210.00. Estimated 5 to 8 business days.
  • Europe, the UK and North America: $80.00 to $280.00. Estimated 5 to 8 business days.
  • Rest of the world: $95.00 to $340.00. Estimated 5 to 8 business days.

International estimates do not include time a parcel spends in customs.

Import duties and taxes

We do not collect import duties or taxes at checkout. Any customs duty, import tax, GST or VAT charged by the destination country is payable by you, usually to the carrier before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and are not included in the shipping you pay at checkout. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because import charges were not paid, we are not able to refund the shipping cost.

Large equipment sent as freight

Four products are too large or heavy to send as a standard parcel:

Within Australia, shipping on these items is free, with estimated delivery 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Outside Australia, checkout will show $0.00 shipping on these items. This is not free shipping. It means freight has to be quoted for your address. We will contact you with a freight quote before your order ships, and if you would rather not go ahead you can cancel for a full refund of the goods.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order has not arrived within the estimate above, reply to that email and we will chase it for you.

Addresses

We can only ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will re-send it once return and re-delivery freight is covered.
