Most foam rollers ask you to do all the work. You lean in, hold the sore spot, and wait it out.

The Reset adds vibration to that pressure — five levels from a low 15 Hz hum up to 65 Hz — so the tissue gets moving before you've leaned in at all. Most people find they tolerate the same depth of pressure at noticeably less discomfort, which in practice means they actually finish the ten minutes instead of abandoning it on the second pass.

Three texture zones run the length of the barrel. The flat channel down the centre tracks either side of the spine without pressing on it. The medium ridges handle quads, hamstrings and glutes. The tall nodes dig into calves, feet and the outside of the hip, where the tissue is dense and stubborn.

It's the least complicated thing we sell. Switch it on, pick a speed, get on the floor. No app to pair, no screen to read, no subscription. The battery lasts a working week of daily use and charges off the same USB-C cable as your phone.
